VP6 Videos
Need for Speed: Undercover uses the VP6 video codec, common in Electronic Arts' titles, causing its videos to have vertical line artifacts and other glitches on NVIDIA graphics cards. The Software Render will display VP6 video correctly, but is typically too slow. VP6 rendering also reacts poorly to the Force Texture Filtering enhancements (and Anisotropic Filtering on NVIDIA), causing further scrambling.

I really loved the challenge on the game, and delivers a thrilling test that is worth each and every second you take on the speedbreaker to fo your best in the closest of pursuits. While I do wish that there was more to go under the gun with, I definitely am a bit more saitisfied here.

Need For Speed is back with its latest career adventure, it's time to go Undercover. Like most racing games on Wii you're given a vast array of different control techniques, because we're a bit old skool we elected for the Gamecube experience, Wavebird to be exact. The controls are pretty standard, accelerate with (R), brake/reverse with (L), handbrake with, Nitrous/boost with and change view with (Y). Surprisingly the arcade style controls are actually pretty good, okay it's not quite as responsive as some other racers on other platforms, but for Wii its almost a pleasure to drive.
